RF EAS Deactivator for Anti Theft

The RF deactivator is used for contactless deactivation of RF adhesive security tags at the checkout or service area.

The device is designed for stationary indoor use and can be operated on a table or flush-mounted into a tabletop.

Deactivation only works with compatible RF security labels. AM labels, RFID transponders, hard tags, or mechanical security devices will not be deactivated.

• Always check with a suitable anti theft system or test label to ensure the tag has been reliably deactivated.

Health Warnings and Electromagnetic Fields
• The RF deactivator generates an electromagnetic field during operation to deactivate RF tags. Use is intended only for the brief deactivation process.
• People with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, insulin pumps, hearing implants, or other active implants should not remain directly next to the device for extended periods and should maintain a safety distance of at least 30 cm. When in doubt, consult a doctor or implant manufacturer.
• Pregnant individuals can generally perform normal checkout operations; however, avoid unnecessarily long contact of hands or body parts directly on the active device.
• Do not place magnetic stripe cards, data carriers, watches, or sensitive electronic devices directly on the deactivator for extended periods.
